What you will do

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers
• Coordinate sales orders, production schedules, and customer accounts
• Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and business correspondence
• Monitor inventory requests and coordinate with production and logistics teams
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
• Address customer inquiries and resolve account-related concerns
• Support marketing and business development initiatives
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Assist in planning and improving operational efficiency across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, agriculture business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, sales, or business operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
