Salary: $60,000–$80,000 base + uncapped commissions

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned geographic territory.
  • Generate new leads through daily outbound calls and professional networking.
  • Conduct virtual and live sales demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, supplier selection, and strategic sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and activity reports within the company CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales process and value-based selling techniques.
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario.
  • Ability to conduct professional presentations and handle complex negotiations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of CRM systems.
