What you will do

• Lead and manage multi-skilled teams of backend, frontend, and firmware engineers;
• Set objectives, provide performance feedback, and focus on team growth including reviews;
• Build teams to solve complex technical problems and deliver practical solutions;
• Collaborate with other leads, Product Managers to improve engineering organization and align with business goals;
• Provide technical guidance ensuring best practices like SOLID principles and test coverage;
• Conduct hiring and professional development for the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Engineering Lead or similar in tech environment;
• Hands-on software engineering experience;
• Experience building teams and hiring;
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken);
• Expertise in SOLID, TDD, design patterns, refactoring;
• Ability to work with senior management and product teams;
• Experience leading large-scale products.
