What you will do

• Drive technical direction and system ownership for the Fulfilment domain, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture.
• Improve post-order customer experience by reducing shipping friction and increasing reliability.
• Partner with Product and UX to shape roadmap and translate business priorities into technical strategy.
• Enable faster delivery through engineering standards, processes, and quality metrics.
• Navigate ambiguity, balancing immediate needs with strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation with 5–10 years of experience.
• Proven people leadership (1-2+ years) in growing, coaching, and developing engineers.
• Experience in cross-functional product teams with Product, UX, and stakeholders.
• Technical decision-making for architecture and system challenges.
• Ownership mindset for end-to-end problem-solving.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Marketplace, e-commerce, or scale-up experience, especially in logistics or shipping.
