Team Lead Engineering - Developer Experience (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Shape and head the Developer Experience (DevEx) function, defining its mission, scope, and operating model.
• Build and coach an inclusive engineering team, fostering sustainable delivery practices and clear ways of working.
• Optimize developer workflows, tooling, and standards to enable faster and more reliable shipping.
• Drive the evolution and adoption of a unified Design System across engineering and design.
• Translate company and engineering strategy into a clear, outcome-driven DevEx roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Security teams to maximize organizational impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Strong people leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing engineers.
• Technical background with the ability to confidently set technical direction.
• Platform-oriented mindset, treating developers as the primary customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading teams through ambiguity to deliver measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Node.js, React, and containerized applications.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and GitHub-based workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
