What you will do

• Implement company policies and standardized HR processes within the facility.
• Lead labor relations activities, including grievance procedures and union contract negotiations.
• Provide strategic HR solutions and advisory to plant leadership on talent management, discipline, and career development.
• Coordinate staffing, recruiting, and placement for both salaried and hourly positions.
• Manage payroll administration, employee records, and analyze HR metrics to implement action plans.
• Lead internal investigations and ensure diversity and Affirmative Action compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
• 5+ years of labor and employee relations experience specifically within a union environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must be based in the US and have in-depth understanding of government compliance regulations (FLSA, FMLA, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP, or e-time.
• Proven experience in leading organizational change.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive people development.
