What you will do

• Oversee ongoing account service activities and prepare monthly production and activity reports.
• Lead and coordinate the service team, including Client Administrators and Managers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage the entire renewal process, from gathering underwriting information to executing renewal strategy meetings and delivering proposals.
• Collaborate with Client Sales Executives on new business development and expanding existing client coverage programs.
• Maintain insurance summaries and ensure all World Class Client service commitments are met.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and a valid Driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of World Class Client service experience, or 6+ years of industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced insurance designations such as CPCU or CIC.
• Deep understanding of insurance terminology, industry trends, and various business insurance lines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
