Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Sacramento, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Compensation: $76,000–$98,000+ (includes base $52k–$62k and uncapped commission)

What you will do

• Manage inbound General Liability sales leads from first contact to bound policy.
• Underwrite products and deliver accurate quotes according to carrier guidelines.
• Handle calls for other commercial lines, including surety bonds and Workers Compensation.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Process payments and assist clients with policy-related updates.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to meet client requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry (sales, account management, or service).
• Working knowledge of General Liability products and underwriting basics.
• California P&C License (preferred; sponsorship provided if not active).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in Sacramento 4 days a week (9 AM - 6 PM PST).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
