TL;DR

Location: Hybrid Remote; must be performed in TX - Greater Dallas area

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 Annually plus bonus eligible

What you will do

  • Manage strategically assigned key accounts and execute marketing plans to meet quantitative targets.
  • Develop, communicate, and monitor regional growth strategies and goals.
  • Maintain strong market presence through regular agency and brokerage visits and meetings.
  • Establish and monitor profitability goals for independent agents and brokers.
  • Perform market analysis to define company and competitor market share by product line.
  • Provide consistent communication to management regarding sales progress, forecasts, and results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a field representative or account manager in the property and casualty insurance industry (specialty auto).
  • Minimum of 3 years of CA Auto Insurance experience.
  • Established relationships with Specialty Auto independent agency owners and trade associations in the state.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new software and technology.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to explain complex issues both orally and in writing.
