What you will do

  • Manage corporate client portfolio, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products while upselling hirify.global's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales team on business origination, understanding client strategies and industries to provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze competition to position hirify.global's banking solutions effectively.
  • Deliver KPIs including repeat/new revenues, client retention, upselling/cross-selling, and wallet-share growth.
  • Build client relationships through meetings, presentations, and professional deal execution.
  • Expand business and provide feedback to technology/product teams; originate new business via referrals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and strong business-level English
  • Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in FX institution, commercial bank, or selling to SMEs/corporates.
  • Established network of contacts advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • Sophisticated technical ability in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management.
  • Proven record in upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.

  • Academic background in Business or Finance.
