Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: €2,530 - €3,790 gross / month + Motivational System

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract.
  • Drive new Omnisend platform account attraction and sell email marketing services.
  • Conduct outbound cold outreach and inbound upselling within the existing account base.
  • Translate client needs into tailored solutions and deliver compelling business proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with pricing expectations.
  • Collaborate with Lead Generation, Marketing, and Delivery teams for seamless handoffs.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or account management in digital, CX, e-commerce, or IT.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving high conversion rates.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages is required.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining structured sales processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage pipelines and forecast performance.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Kaunas.
