Account Manager (Fintech/Payments)

Location: Fully remote, with role locations listed as Cyprus Hub, Riga Hub, Vilnius Hub, and Warsaw Hub.

What you will do

• Build strong partnerships with merchants and increase transactional volume.
• Manage client relationships and provide operational support.
• Grow the client portfolio and oversee all operational stages of the merchant lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate databases and process operational information into clear, high-quality reports.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in B2B fintech, payments, or card processing.
• Direct-merchant experience is required.
• Professional proficiency in English and Russian is required.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to handle routine data work, and strong reporting skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
