TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech/Payments): Build strong merchant partnerships and maximize transactional volume growth with an accent on client relationships and operational support. Focus on growing the client portfolio and managing all operational stages of the merchant lifecycle.

Location: Fully Remote (Cyprus Hub, Riga Hub, Vilnius Hub, Warsaw Hub)

What you will do

  • Build strong merchant partnerships and maximize transactional volume growth.
  • Ensure successful client relationships and operational support.
  • Grow the client portfolio and manage all operational stages of the merchant lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of similar work experience in B2B fintech companies (payments/card processing)
  • Experience working with direct merchants (crucial)
  • English and Russian languages at least at the professional proficiency level (both must-have)
  • Skilled at creating long-lasting successful business relations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Meticulousness with data, ready to maintain various databases and process information into high-quality reports.
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently.
