Join a fast-moving international #FinTech in #Vilnius! We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support pipeline generation, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth at a growing compliance-focused FinTech with global reach.
As Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will:
🔵 Identify companies with active or upcoming compliance needs
🔵 Build targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls
🔵 Engage senior decision-makers across compliance, legal, and risk
🔵 Generate qualified pipeline aligned with revenue goals
🔵 Build partnerships that drive inbound and referral opportunities
We're seeking someone with experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, crypto, or related sectors, strong communication skills, commercial drive, and fluent English.
💶 Salary: €2,500–€3,000 monthly
