TL;DR

Partnerships Manager (B2B): Manage full partnerships cycle from lead generation to closed deals with an accent on strategic partnerships, product integrations, and commercialization opportunities. Focus on negotiating agreements, onboarding partners, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with product teams on functionality improvements.

Location: Vilnius, Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) & WFA options

Gross salary: 3100 - 4100 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Manage full partnerships cycle: from lead generation to closed deals.
  • Identify and evaluate new product commercialization opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, onboard new partners.
  • Adapt product and manage integrations with partners.
  • Drive business growth by winning new clients and closing deals.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose product improvements.
  • Collaborate with product teams on prospect feedback and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in international B2B sales, business development, or relevant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
  • Great negotiation and time-management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, hunger for success, relentlessness.
  • Result-oriented problem solver and team player.

Nice to have

  • Tech sales experience or transferable skills from other experiences.
