What you will do

• Develop and lead 90-day line plans as part of the Line Trio (with Process Lead and Maintenance Lead).
• Lead daily direction setting meetings and issue resolution to root cause for chronic stops.
• Coach operators to become equipment owners and embed AM systems.
• Own safety, quality, daily direction setting, and CIL daily management systems for the line/area.
• Report to area production manager and ensure full ownership of line performance.

Requirements

• People manager with coaching skills and good technical capability.
• Strong organisation, direction setting, logical thinking, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, ability to work on own initiative, prioritise, and think ahead.
• GCSE standard or equivalent; experience in food manufacturing environment.
• Awareness of food allergens and basic food hygiene; working knowledge of MS Office and IT systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal English; maintain high personal hygiene standards.
