What you will do

• Operate pharmaceutical packaging lines using manual, semi-automated, and fully automated equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory quality standards.
• Complete all production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform in-process checks and calibrate associated equipment according to written procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Control teams to meet daily production targets.
• Support process improvement initiatives such as 5S, GEMBA, and problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of four GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
• Ability to work the specified Night Shift pattern (Sunday 18:00–06:00, Monday to Wednesday 21:00–06:00).
• Strong working knowledge of GMP principles and associated documentation.
• Practical aptitude, strong hand-eye coordination, and excellent attention to detail.
• Based in or able to work onsite in Cambridge, UK.
