NDT Manager (Industrial Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own radiation safety and governance, including Local Rules, risk assessments, medical screening, and dose records.
• Manage RPS training, equipment calibration, and act as primary contact for Radiation Protection Adviser and HSE.
• Lead NDT team development, training, certification, and technique application across production.
• Generate KPIs and management reports to support quality and operational performance.
• Perform hands-on NDT: X-ray radiography (digital/computed), MT, UT, and PT on castings and forgings.

Requirements

• PCN or SNT Level II certification in Radiography, with experience in Digital or Computed Radiography.
• Background in testing castings and forgings.
• Additional qualifications in MT, UT, PT (advantageous).
• Proven experience managing NDT team and/or radiation governance and Local Rules.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and quality in industrial manufacturing.
