What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and product designers, supporting their technical and career growth.
• Drive design studies and technical problem solving to resolve challenges throughout the product development process.
• Translate consumer and professional feedback into streamlined and effective design solutions.
• Take ownership of product designs from early concept development through CAD execution, prototyping, testing, and verification.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and team expansion to align with business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK, US, and China to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience within mechanical, product design, or industrial design environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
• Proven experience developing and delivering consumer products to market.
• Strong understanding of plastics and high-volume manufacturing processes.
• High proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo, including experience leading CAD reviews.
