What you will do

• Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy across the DKV ecosystem to drive innovation and business growth.
• Integrate AI into existing SaaS products and develop new AI-driven features and data-driven opportunities.
• Drive automation of internal processes and implement AI-supported analytics and decision systems.
• Introduce AI-supported development workflows, guiding teams in the use of coding assistants, testing, and architecture.
• Act as the central interface between product, technology, operations, and business teams.
• Monitor market trends in emerging AI technologies and translate them into actionable organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Product Management.
• At least 3 years of proven experience defining and scaling AI initiatives within a business environment.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, software development processes, and data-driven product environments.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); German or Dutch language skills are a plus.
