What you will do

• Define and deliver integrated product, technology, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the migration of legacy platforms to the latest .NET and cloud-ready architectures.
• Implement a modern SDLC with automation, quality gates, and predictable delivery practices.
• Establish AI and data foundations for predictive analytics and generative AI capabilities.
• Partner with the CISO to strengthen security governance, vulnerability management, and IR/DR readiness.
• Build and mentor high-performing product, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in SaaS engineering and product management (CPTO, CTO, or VP Engineering).
• Demonstrated success in modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-ready architectures at scale.
• Deep expertise in .NET, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and distributed system architectural patterns.
• Proven track record of implementing disciplined product management and roadmap governance.
• Experience defining and delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics strategies in SaaS or operationally intensive environments.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and safety frameworks.

Nice to have

• Background in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tooling or LLM-based product features.
