What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the enterprise application ecosystem and specialized AI tools to ensure a secure and scalable backbone.
• Identify and deploy AI/LLM-powered agents to automate manual workflows, forecasting, revenue capture, and employee self-service.
• Serve as the primary technology partner to the leadership team, aligning system roadmaps with departmental goals.
• Establish disciplined change management, clear data governance, and measurable SLAs to support regulatory requirements.
• Lead a high-impact team fostering a culture of curiosity, speed, and user-centricity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading business systems or enterprise applications in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep familiarity with the enterprise systems landscape across GTM, Finance, and People functions.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems.
• Ability to design scalable data flows and APIs that link disparate SaaS tools into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Experience influencing C-level executives and translating complex technical needs into business outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and GTM tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Clari, and Salesforce CPQ.
