What you will do

• Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, AI scientists, and strategists.
• Identify, qualify, and land C-suite-sponsored AI transformation programs with enterprise customers across the APJC region.
• Guide the design, construction, and deployment of production AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Execute a land-and-expand motion, proving value in focused sprints and scaling across business units.
• Advise customers on enterprise AI strategy, including architecture decisions and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with AWS service and industry teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex, large-scale project management in customer-facing roles.
• 7+ years of experience managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
• 15+ years of sales experience working with large global companies.
• Strong technical background in machine learning, NLP, data mining, or statistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Proven track record of launching technical programs involving artificial intelligence and generative AI.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related Science field.
• Experience as an industry practitioner, delivery lead, or industry executive.
• Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives.
