What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and closing.
- Achieve revenue quotas while maintaining a consistent and strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Research and engage target accounts through diverse communication channels.
- Communicate the value proposition and customize software solutions based on customer needs.
- Utilize Salesforce for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of global sales processes to enable scaling.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of professional experience in full-cycle sales.
- Experience as an FCR is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, software, or general sales is a plus.
