What you will do
- Own and drive core operational and employee lifecycle programs from onboarding to off-boarding
- Lead end-to-end program and project management across multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders
- Redesign and scale manual processes using automation, AI, and agentic workflows
- Build and maintain the People team's internal knowledge base and standard operating procedures
- Support compliance, audit readiness, and key People initiatives like performance enablement
- Track and report on key People metrics to drive improvements
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in People (HR) Operations or similar program management role
- Strong program and project management skills to handle multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Excellent documentation, communications, and knowledge management skills (e.g., Confluence)
- Strong process improvement mindset with success in scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic tools for workflow redesign
- Experience supporting compliance programs and audits (e.g., SOC2)
- Track record of cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with technologies like Workday, Ashby, Atlassian, Deel
- Exposure to HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC)
- Experience in multi-national, high-growth tech or startup environment
- Project management (PMP, CAPM) or HR certification (SHRM, PHR)
