What you will do

  • Own and drive core operational and employee lifecycle programs from onboarding to off-boarding
  • Lead end-to-end program and project management across multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders
  • Redesign and scale manual processes using automation, AI, and agentic workflows
  • Build and maintain the People team's internal knowledge base and standard operating procedures
  • Support compliance, audit readiness, and key People initiatives like performance enablement
  • Track and report on key People metrics to drive improvements

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in People (HR) Operations or similar program management role
  • Strong program and project management skills to handle multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Excellent documentation, communications, and knowledge management skills (e.g., Confluence)
  • Strong process improvement mindset with success in scalable solutions
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic tools for workflow redesign
  • Experience supporting compliance programs and audits (e.g., SOC2)
  • Track record of cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with technologies like Workday, Ashby, Atlassian, Deel
  • Exposure to HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC)
  • Experience in multi-national, high-growth tech or startup environment
  • Project management (PMP, CAPM) or HR certification (SHRM, PHR)
