TL;DR

Senior People Systems Analyst (Workday HRIS): Administer and optimize HRIS platform for high-growth company with an accent on data integrity, security, and process efficiency. Focus on configuring modules, building integrations, developing reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance, and supporting upgrades.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland or London, England (office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Administer Workday HRIS (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting), ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and integrations with systems like payroll, ATS, Okta.
  • Identify process improvements, gather requirements, design, test, and implement HR solutions.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA; monitor and audit HR data.
  • Provide training, support, troubleshoot issues, and lead system upgrades/implementations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with HR systems, focus on HRIS management (Workday proficiency required)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Experience with related systems (Greenhouse, Lattice, People Insights).
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, data privacy knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management in fast-paced environment.
