What you will do
- Guide candidates through the onboarding journey from offer stage to their first day, ensuring positive communication.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and necessary onboarding documentation.
- Manage pre-employment screening to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance across EMEA regions.
- Collaborate with Resourcing, Reward, and HRBPs to ensure processes follow the internal risk framework.
- Stay updated on innovative onboarding trends to enhance the candidate experience.
- Assist with internal operational risk reporting and governance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in onboarding, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- Experience working with Workday or other similar HR management systems.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle and general HR practices.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of empathy.
- Must be based in or able to work from Stirling, UK.
Nice to have
- CIPD or other relevant HR professional qualifications.
