What you will do

  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and hypothesis validation.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on user value and business metrics such as revenue impact and retention.
  • Develop and decompose detailed requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Define and track key product metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Engage with senior leadership, payment operations, and regulators to align with company strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with at least 3 years in the payments domain.
  • Deep knowledge of payment orchestration systems and infrastructure (payment rails, acquiring, settlement, and reconciliation).
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to create PRDs, user stories, JTBD, and customer journey maps.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
