Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Building and owning the strategic product roadmap for payment offers, with an accent on defining and measuring monetization success through data and analytics. Focus on constant analysis and optimization of purchase flows for different customer segments, leveraging personalization and localization.

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation to Cyprus is fully supported for the candidate and family, including a 3-year work visa and a full relocation package.

What you will do

• Build and own the strategic product roadmap for payment offers.
• Define and measure product and monetization success using data and analytics.
• Champion best practices for financial data management and user experience within payment offers.
• Lead constant analysis and optimization of purchase flows for different customer segments.
• Operate with an agile, iterative mindset and use rapid experimentation.
• Clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within Finance or Monetisation parts of consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of unit economy, pricing models, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-currency workflows.
• Mandatory data usage practices to inform priorities and evaluate impact.
• Thoughtful context shifting to utilise a balanced blend of technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with the Payment Operations and Fraud teams to identify business opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ML/AI-enabled products.
