What you will do

• Manage the payments roadmap aligned with business goals, client needs, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for banks, digital wallets, and cryptocurrencies.
• Optimize payment methods for speed, cost, reliability, and approval rates.
• Enhance the client experience for deposits and withdrawals to drive conversion and transaction success.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications using Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor performance KPIs, including fraud rates and provider uptime, to drive data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Fluency in English (resumes must be submitted in English).
• Proven track record of delivering successful payment product launches and PSP integrations.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
