What you will do

• Negotiate product scope and act as trusted advisor on trade-offs for fixed-price and time/materials engagements
• Manage requirements flow, visual tools, and maintain healthy product backlog
• Lead client engagements, produce delivery plans, run agile ceremonies, and monitor effort
• Solve delivery problems proactively and ensure alignment with contract terms
• Provide analysis on product direction, manage RAID, and handle risks
• Mentor juniors, contribute to continuous improvement, and advocate lean principles

Requirements

• Around 5 years of delivery management on complex digital/technology projects
• Proven track record with fixed-price and time/materials engagements
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, scope negotiation, and risk management
• Running agile ceremonies and using delivery data for decisions
• Trusted at C-suite level and with delivery teams for difficult conversations
