Location: Salford Dock House
Salary: £48,000 to £58,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience

What you will do
- Own and deliver the Technology Roadmap as a sequenced portfolio of programmes and projects delivering measurable outcomes.
- Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team, line managing performance, wellbeing, and capability building.
- Manage end-to-end governance including decision making, risk, dependencies, and alignment with standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and support fundraising, grantmaking, and operations.
- Plan resourcing across internal teams, contractors, and suppliers with commercial oversight.
- Own budgets, business cases, and benefits realisation post-go-live.
- Resolve risks, challenges, and blockers with clear portfolio reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent technology initiatives end-to-end from roadmap to benefits realisation.
- Strong people leadership building and motivating diverse teams with clear accountability.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex environments managing priorities and trade-offs.
- Broad current technology knowledge with hands-on solution design and delivery.
- Experience in delivery governance, portfolio risk, budgets, suppliers, and resourcing.
Nice to have
- Experience in charity, public sector, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of CRM, finance, fundraising, grant management, eCommerce, or data integration.
- Cloud-based solutions and data platforms with integration and reporting.
