TL;DR

hirify.global is a biopharmaceutical company tackling unmet needs in oncology by developing novel therapeutic candidates to improve quality of life and survival for cancer patients.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with internal functions including Clinical, Finance, QA, Regulatory, and Data Science.
  • Design and implement application support structures using managed services and contractors.
  • Manage application budgets, service providers, and vendor engagements to ensure contract compliance.
  • Act as the single point of contact for specific applications and define system roadmaps.
  • Design software release management processes for cloud-based application and infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead system integration activities for acquired companies within China.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years managing Managed Services Providers.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with a strong understanding of SOX, GxP, and CSV.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Beijing, China.

Nice to have

  • Experience with pharmaceutical industry groups (Clinical, QA, Finance, Regulatory, etc.).
  • Experience implementing and managing Veeva suite, NetSuite, Argus, or Workday.
  • Experience leading international integration projects.
