What you will do

• Provide end-user technical support for Windows 11, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including hands-on configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage server room operations and develop centralized monitoring for system threats and network performance.
• Handle IT asset lifecycle, vendor coordination, software licensing, and compliance monitoring.
• Develop IT documentation (SOPs, KB), draft IT policies, and advise management on strategic technology implementation.
• Coordinate with global IT teams to align projects, share knowledge, and escalate technical issues.

Requirements

• Polytechnic or university degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7+ years of provable work experience in a similar hybrid IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and hardware configuration.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or provide on-call support when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, or SQL.
• Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA, MD-100, or MD-101.
• Knowledge of Autodesk software, Adobe Creative Suite, or Rhinoceros.
• Previous experience in an international office, preferably within architecture or construction.
