What you will do

• Ensure the operational stability and effectiveness of MES and critical manufacturing systems through proactive monitoring and support.
• Execute application deployments and adaptations following the official change management process.
• Maintain systems in a validated state (GxP), ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with CSV procedures.
• Handle technical and functional incidents throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinating with global teams and software vendors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution landscape and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written) – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years specifically focused on MES application support, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry, with solid knowledge of GxP and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) and Microsoft Windows Server (2016+).
• Experience with Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP) and middleware (XML, SOAP UI).
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management using tools like ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• ITIL V3/V4 certification.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud Solutions.
• Scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with Serialization, Track & Trace, or Label Management systems.
