Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a best-in-class sales-focused account management team using a land-and-expand model.
  • Own team metrics and drive strategies to exceed quotas for onboarding, retention, and expansion targets.
  • Partner with Regional Directors to craft account strategies that maximize share of wallet and address risks.
  • Personally develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders at high-value key accounts.
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions regarding customer risk and implement innovative revenue growth approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Member Support to align priorities and deliver customer value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience leading Account Management or Sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to manage monthly and quarterly team metrics, including quota and retention.
  • Experience driving ROI and value conversations with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce; experience with Gong or equivalent call coaching tools is preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States.
