TL;DR

Sales Manager (Fintech): Leading and coaching a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers to drive revenue growth and client acquisition with an accent on pipeline management and performance coaching. Focus on optimizing deal structures, improving forecasting accuracy, and developing top-performing sales talent within the private equity and venture capital sectors.

Location: Onsite in New York, NY (5 days a week)

Salary: Base $172,500 + $69,000 on-target variable commission

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales and Account Managers to exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor pipeline health and ensure accurate forecasting and consistent performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance management to facilitate professional growth.
  • Support the team in complex negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Ensure adherence to established sales processes and company compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute overall revenue strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven success using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
  • Experience with sales performance tools such as Outreach or Gong.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
