What you will do
- Own full deal context and continuity across the sales lifecycle from discovery to contract execution
- Lead brand discovery, RFP responses, presentations, financial modeling, and product visions with cross-functional input
- Build and improve BD systems including CRM structure, pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and pitch assets
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Launch Operations on program design, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy
- Interface with C-suite and senior leadership to support deals and inform strategic decisions
- Surface insights, blockers, and recommendations to keep deals moving
Requirements
- 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development, or business development with demonstrated ownership
- Strong problem-solving to synthesize complex information into structure and clarity
- Solution-oriented mindset with bias to action, high organization, and detail-orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
- Coachable, feedback-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, Notion, and basic financial modeling
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, consumer credit, fintech, or B2B partnerships
- Experience building automations or internal tooling
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma
