What you will do

• Own full deal context and continuity across the sales lifecycle from discovery to contract execution
• Lead brand discovery, RFP responses, presentations, financial modeling, and product visions with cross-functional input
• Build and improve BD systems including CRM structure, pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and pitch assets
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Launch Operations on program design, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy
• Interface with C-suite and senior leadership to support deals and inform strategic decisions
• Surface insights, blockers, and recommendations to keep deals moving

Requirements

• 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development, or business development with demonstrated ownership
• Strong problem-solving to synthesize complex information into structure and clarity
• Solution-oriented mindset with bias to action, high organization, and detail-orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
• Coachable, feedback-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, Notion, and basic financial modeling

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, consumer credit, fintech, or B2B partnerships
• Experience building automations or internal tooling
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma
