What you will do

• Develop, certify, and improve Electrical Power Generation & Distribution and lighting systems architectures for various airplane programs.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation for electrical system changes on Challenger and Global aircraft series.
• Develop and test novel approaches to optimize emissions, costs, weight, and overall aircraft performance.
• Conduct trade studies for the introduction and integration of new technologies on aircraft.
• Capture lessons learned and industry best practices within the Electrical Knowledge Domain.
• Coordinate technical aspects with internal partners, external collaborators, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical system integration or a related field.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as RTCA/DO-160, SAE, and MIL-STD.
• Familiarity with airworthiness regulations from TCCA, FAA, and EASA.
• Strong oral and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
