TL;DR
Air Systems Integrator (Aerospace): Designing, integrating, and validating aircraft air systems across the product lifecycle with an accent on environmental control systems, bleed air, cabin pressurization, and systems certification. Focus on defining system requirements, analyzing thermal and airflow performance, resolving complex integration issues, and supporting ground and flight testing.
Location: Mirabel, Canada; hybrid with 3 days per week on site
Salary: CAD 91,452β114,316 per year, subject to experience.

What you will do
- Lead the integration of aircraft air systems, including environmental control, bleed air, cabin pressurization, and related subsystems.
- Define system architecture, requirements, specifications, and interface control documents across aircraft systems.
- Perform thermal, pressure, airflow, fault-scenario, and other system-level analyses to validate performance and compliance.
- Define verification plans and support ground and flight tests, certification activities, and airworthiness documentation.
- Act as the technical focal point for suppliers and collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, program management, and in-service support teams.
- Investigate integration and in-service issues while contributing to configuration control, change management, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft systems engineering, integration, or design, preferably in a regulated aerospace environment.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems integration, systems engineering, requirements management, interface definition, and verification and validation.
- Experience with air systems, environmental control systems, or pneumatic systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aerospace standards, certification practices, safety assessment processes, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Experience with requirements, system modeling, configuration management, CAD, simulation, or analysis tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with aircraft development programs, certification activities, or in-service support.
- Knowledge of CAD environments and basic simulation or analysis tools.
