Location: On-site in New York City (5 days a week)
Salary: $150,000–$180,000

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close for priority roles across Technical, GTM, G&A, and Risk/Compliance.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and A/B test messaging to attract top-tier operators.
- Track and optimize recruiting metrics to consistently beat hiring targets.
- Partner with the Talent & People organization globally to advance the company's talent brand.
- Maintain a high bar for talent, prioritizing quality and A+ players over volume.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience with depth in at least one domain (Tech, GTM, G&A, or regulated functions).
- Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
- Must be based in or able to work from the NYC office 5 days a week.
- Strong knowledge of the Salt Lake City financial talent market.
- Proven ability to run disciplined searches and coach hiring managers.
