TL;DR

Senior GTM Talent Partner (SaaS/AI): Managing end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles including AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers with an accent on high-quality sourcing and intentional hiring. Focus on building world-class GTM teams in a fast-growing startup environment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $130K – $175K + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for various GTM roles such as AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers.
  • Partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles for each role.
  • Proactively source world-class talent using outbound strategies, referrals, and creative channels.
  • Monitor pipeline progress and proactively identify and mitigate hiring risks.
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience from initial contact to the final offer.
  • Champion and enforce high hiring standards to prioritize quality over quantity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hiring top GTM talent within fast-growing startups.
  • Advanced sourcing skills with a sharp eye for high-quality candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up.
  • Must have valid US work authorization.
