What you will do

• Manage and deliver engineering projects and activities on time for aircraft platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate technical engineering change planning and ensure stakeholder harmonization.
• Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customers to meet project goals.
• Identify risks, lead mitigation, and provide budget and resource visibility reports.
• Coordinate IPDT reviews, multi-site activities, remote participation, and document releases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent with 8+ years in project management or aerospace.
• Familiarity with program/project management processes and principles.
• Aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience.
• Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Excel and MS Project experience an asset.
