What you will do
- Own high-value deals end-to-end: lead $250K–$500K+ deals from discovery through close, shape solutions, build proposals, and drive negotiations.
- Operate as a relationship-first seller: build trust with executives, navigate introductions into opportunities, and represent the company independently.
- Drive land-and-expand growth: identify expansion in post-sale accounts and turn initial engagements into multi-phase relationships.
- Orchestrate internal teams: coordinate with CRO, CEO, and leaders to support deals while maintaining momentum and ownership.
- Engage in network-driven GTM: attend events, build personal networks, and generate opportunities with autonomy.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record closing $500K+ deals in professional services or consulting
- Experience running full-cycle sales for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to manage relationships and represent the company externally independently
- Experience with land-and-expand sales motions
