What you will do
- Establish, maintain, and lead key customer relationships, renewing all business.
- Lead sales efforts for targeted account areas and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Assess client needs and propose solutions for profitable sales.
- Develop business cases incorporating voice of the customer for solution development.
- Lead negotiations, manage sales pipeline, pricing, and customer contracts.
- Represent at customer meetings and collaborate with partners and NPI team.
Requirements
- 7+ years professional customer interaction, 5+ years client-facing B2B SaaS solution selling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Nice to have
- Experience in SAAS, Staffing, Enterprise Accounts industries
- Strong understanding of large client accounts and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Superior C-level communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills
- Proven revenue growth with complex strategic clients
