Location: Atlanta territory, remote for U.S.-based employees, up to 25% local/regional travel

What you will do

  • Run discovery calls to understand builders' plan workflows, sales processes, estimating, and launch timelines.
  • Deliver workflow-focused demos showing how hirify.global improves selling, estimating, and launching homes.
  • Manage fast transactional sales cycles from BDR handoffs through objection handling, ROI proof, and close.
  • Act as sales engineer tailoring recommendations to regional mid-sized builders' realities.
  • Build pipeline via outreach, partner relationships, HBAs, builder groups, and industry events.
  • Share trends, competitive insights, and field feedback to refine messaging and product strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, building products, or related field
  • End-to-end sales experience with quota attainment track record
  • Wide local Atlanta network
  • Scrappy entrepreneurial mindset for building new sales motions
  • Quick learner for software and workflows
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally up to 25% and meet builders in person

Nice to have

  • Customer Success or Sales Engineering experience
