Zone 1 (US) Base Salary $123K – $145K • Offers Equity • $30.8K – $36.2K Commission

What you will do
- Build deep trusted relationships with strategic customers and create customized strategies to drive value.
- Champion adoption by identifying growth opportunities and recommending tailored use cases.
- Act as consultant to C-level executives, providing insights to elevate research practices.
- Conduct business reviews to articulate ROI and align with client leadership.
- Partner on renewals and expansions, collaborating with sales and other teams.
- Identify challenges and provide scalable solutions via cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Based in United States or Canada, Eastern or Central Timezone.
- Minimum 5 years in customer-facing role (customer success, strategic account management, consulting) in SaaS B2B.
- Experience engaging C-level executives with impactful presentations and guidance.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and drive adoption/growth.
- Proficiency with CS tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Salesforce.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Certification in Google’s Conduct UX Research or equivalent user research experience.
