Location: Remote in the United States
Salary: $125K Base Salary + Commission + Equity + 401K Match

is building an AI-powered operating system for conversation performance, providing hyper-realistic training simulations and intelligent QA for frontline teams.
What you will do
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives in large organizations.
- Develop tailored value propositions based on a deep understanding of ’s AI solutions.
- Design and execute account strategies to penetrate and expand within key enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline using HubSpot to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Experience closing six-to-seven figure deals with large enterprises.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise procurement processes and decision-making cycles.
- Must be based in the United States.
