Senior Account Executive (Navy Sector): Own and grow 's Navy territory through strategic selling, renewals, expansions, and net-new deals with an accent on Navy commands, program offices, and federal systems integrators. Focus on navigating complex federal procurement, building executive relationships, and closing large enterprise SaaS transactions ($500K–$5M+).
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii; San Diego, California; United States. Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Availability to travel approximately one week per month.
Salary: $195,000 - $260,000 USD

What you'll do
- Own Navy territory across commands, program offices, and stakeholders, developing multi-year strategies aligned to modernization priorities.
- Drive renewals, expansions, and net-new pipeline through strategic penetration and executive alignment.
- Lead complex sales cycles, navigating federal procurement (FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, GWACs) and closing multi-year enterprise deals.
- Build co-sell relationships with Federal Systems Integrators (Leidos, SAIC, Booz Allen) and distributors (Carahsoft).
- Deliver predictable revenue, accurate forecasting in Salesforce, and competitive intelligence.
- Represent at Navy events and provide market feedback to leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years enterprise SaaS sales, 4+ years selling to U.S. Navy/DoD; track record with $500K–$5M+ deals.
- Established Navy relationships (program offices, N-codes, PEOs, contractors).
- Experience co-selling with FSIs and navigating federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS, GSA MAS, SEWP, etc.).
- Knowledge of DoD compliance (CMMC, FedRAMP, IL4/IL5/IL6).
- Exceptional communication for briefing flag officers and executives.
- U.S. citizen; eligible for security clearance (Secret preferred).
Nice to have
- Prior U.S. military service (Navy/Marine Corps) or defense contracting for Navy.
- Experience with secure collaboration/DevSecOps tools or Navy IT initiatives (Project Overmatch, CANES).
- Relationships with Navy stakeholders and FSIs; familiarity with /competitors.
- Bachelor's in Business/IT or equivalent.
