What you will do

• Own client engagements end-to-end: lead discovery, align stakeholders, define scope, and drive launch and adoption.
• Translate business problems into clear specs for engineers, including ETL pipelines, semantic models, and metric definitions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams through prioritization, testing, and rollout.
• Build repeatable assets like delivery templates, data models, and internal tools from successful engagements.
• Contribute to proposals and shape solution approaches for prospective clients.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in data, analytics, consulting, or similar roles leading multiple projects and managing clients.
• Experience delivering data systems or products alongside engineers (pipelines, analytics platforms, AI applications).
• Comfort turning ambiguous business problems into engineering specs while weighing tradeoffs.
• Client-facing experience in misaligned stakeholder environments.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools integrated into daily work.
• Bias for action: writing SQL queries, drafting data definitions, stepping into demos.
