What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and pain points, embedding with their teams.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Identify key datasets, integrate them into scalable pipelines, and refine user workflows.
• Lead training and onboarding sessions for lasting impact.
• Present findings and strategies to stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Drive customer expansion by scoping new use cases.
